Join Revolution Barbecue at the Highlands Street Fair on Saturday, June 20th from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We’ll be set up on 32nd Avenue between Perry Street and Julian Street, serving up bold flavor and sharing our lineup of small-batch BBQ rubs and seasonings. Come meet Glenn and Vida, sample some Revolution Barbecue favorites, and stock up for your next backyard cookout. Whether you are firing up ribs, brisket, burgers, chicken, or vegetables, we’ll help you find the right seasoning for the job. Stop by, say hello, and come support a great local Colorado event.

2026 Boulder Creek Festival

We’ll be there all three days. Stop by any day to sample our handcrafted barbecue rubs and seasonings and talk barbecue. Boulder Creek Festival® is Boulder’s weekend taking place on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23rd-25th 2026. Hosted annually for more than 30 years, the event is the official kickoff to summer in Boulder.

Join Revolution Barbecue at the RiNo Street Fair on May 9th from 10am to 6pm as we set up in one of Denver’s most creative neighborhoods. RiNo has long been a gathering place for artists, makers, and local businesses, and this street fair celebrates the culture and community that helped shape it. Stop by our booth to sample handcrafted barbecue rubs and seasonings, talk barbecue, and stock up on your favorites. Come experience great food, local art, and the energy that makes RiNo one of Denver’s most vibrant districts.

Thornton, we’re coming for the biggest Thorntonfest yet! 🎉🔥 This Saturday, June 6, Revolution Barbecue will be at Thorntonfest celebrating the City of Thornton’s 70th Anniversary, and we’re bringing the flavor with us. We’ll be serving up Polidori Sausage seasoned with two of our favorites: North Carolina BBQ Rub and I’m Your Huckleberry Cowboy Rub. It’s that perfect bite of local sausage, live-fire flavor, and a whole lot of Revolution Barbecue attitude.
